• Before the first stage mushers will appoint a Representative who will be their spokesperson in front of the Organization Committee and the CCP.
• Skijorers will also appoint a Representative.
• Notice board: all the informations, changes, results starting lists, decisions or agreements by the CCP will be published here. The notice board will be located in the Race Office situated in the car park, from 8.00 until one hour after the Awards Ceremony. In the Race Office copies of the starting lists and results will always be available.
• No prologue stage will be carried out. The first stage will straight score.
• There will not be a nocturnal stage after the first stage.
• Only a stage per day will take place, except for the first day in Baqueira, where the morning stage and the nocturnal to Montgarri will take place.
• There will not be more bivouacs. In Montgarri once the Awards Ceremony and the dinner will be finished mushers will return. Handlers will receive their dinner in the car park of Baqueira.
• Mushers and skijorers shall wear a helmet.
• Participants will place the bib number and the Pirena identification (stickers), which will be handed out by the organization, on the windscreen of their cars. The non fulfilment of that shall bring a penalisation.
• Only handlers (up to two) with the due identification with their bib number shall be in the starting line.
• The distances as per in the Pirena dossier shall be strictly valid, except for lack of snow or danger for men/women and dogs.
• Car parks will be ordered by the bib numbers. Everybody will have their place according the car measures.
• At the Musher Meetings there will be an attendance control. A team might not attend it if they would have notified a just cause to the Race Marshal.
• Increase of the first prize in the general table, 10,000 €.
• Increase of the first prize in the Pure Breed class, 3,000 €, if there are 10 teams at least in the starting line of the first stage.
• Increase of the first prize in the Skijoring class, 2,000 €, if there are 10 teams at least in the starting line of the first stage.
• It is very important to clarify that the race finishes when the Final Awards Ceremony in la Molina finishes. The participants who do not stay until the end shall lose their right to a prize or prizes and will be disqualified.
• Evenings with no transfer an informal meeting will take place, where mushers will talk and expound different issues on our sport and display documentaries.
• In Salardú: The “Musical Mushing Party” will take place in the Sports Centre.
